Vale Tel-Com Ltd offers broadband usually in the form of ADSL from BT. We find this service is reliable, fast and also, importantly, offers and secure network tunnel that some providers don’t. This networking tunnel is used to form a Virtual Private Network (VPN), something we find ourselves setting up more and more frequently.

This is a system whereby you can securely login to an office network, through a firewall, and provide access to the data on it. This could mean taking control of your PC to check emails or documents or updating information in the company database.

Services are available from £14.99 per month inc. vat for a 8mb home Service to £75.00 + vat per month for a 1:1 8Mb business connection.

Connection charges are a one off and usually £50.00 + vat.

We offer a range of connection equipment usually being a Router. We supply and install a product that features a full business firewall and VPN answering. Through this, Vale Tel-Com ltd or another support company can offer remote diagnostics and support of your network computers or even phone system.

A Wireless version is available for those with laptops enabling connection to the office or internet from the Patio or Front Room.
